Dear Sir, I inform you that, i have purchased leather shoe article no.- 81917-S from m/s. Raj Leather Enterprises pvt. Ltd., H4, Patel Nagar-III, Phuwara chowk, Ghaziabad, UP. (Authorised Showroom of SREELEATHERS) On dated 31.08.2014 of Rupees 549.00/-. After one and a half month ie. 15 October 2014 the sole of shoe is crack in center. On 01.11.2013, i am going to authorized shop (address of shop mentioned above, where I was purchased) and tell the problem to shop manager. The shop manager Mr. Vipin Singh (contact no-9811886xxx) told me the company (Shreeleathers) do not give any guarantee on the sole of shoes. I am surprised that the company whose internationally Repudiated company does not give guarantee on shoe soles. I am also surprised on behavior of the sales manager, he does not attained and listen my problem. He behaved rudely and roughly. So i am requested to you please take necessary action against my complaint as earliest as possible. I am also attached the cash receipt/ Bill/ purchase invoice no-6572 dated 31.08.2014 for your kind consideration. This is your earliest action please.
