This lawyer Rakesh Pal has taken Rs. 1000/ from me and did not provide any service. His mobile numbers are 9806162300 and 9993140XXX. Initially he told me that his fees was Rs. 5000/ . He asked me to give him relevant papers and Rs. 1000/ in advance. I gave all papers and money. After few days he told me on my mobile that he had told Rs. 15000/ not Rs.5000/ . I was shocked to hear all this from a lawyer . I came to know that he is not a lawyer but liar. Since I was not in a position to pay this much amount of Rs. 15000/, I requested this lawyer to return my papers and Rs. 1000/ paid in advance to him. He agreed at that time. But he has returned my papers only not my Rs. 1000/. How could I trust on this lawyer. Tomorrow he may say that his fees is Rs. 15 lakhs. Anyway, I have lost my faith completely from this lawyer

(1) Lawyer Rakesh Pal should return my Rs. 1000/. He has not provided any kind of service. (2) He should be asked to pay compensation of Rs. 20000/ for mental suffering undergone and for breaching the trust. (3) Any other relief as deemed fit and proper.
