Respected Sir I got admitted to b tech course, mechanical branch, 2014 of Ramapuram campus SRM. But I wanted to withdraw from this course. Therefore I had already sent a withdrawal letter along with original provisional allotment order and original receipt of Rs 2 lakhs paid to SRM by speed post ( no EN352807586IN) to Dean Faculty of Engineering and Technology, SRM University, Bharathi Salai ,Ramapuram , Chennai ,Pin 600089 on 25th june 2014.Since then 2 and 1/2 months passed away but till now I didn’t get the refund amount. Sir nobody is responding to my email and nobody is lifting phone. Last time one month back as the Registrar intervened the manager responded on 3rd july and promised that it will be settled in one month but in vein.. When I tried to contact today the manager abused me and disconnected the phone.Since last 3 months of my email interaction I have given copy to all top authotities of SRM but they are escaping by forwarding the message to the manager. Sir I am not so rich so that I can afford Rs 2 lakhs which have taken on loan. So I request you to take up the issue with the concerned authority to refund my money at the earliest. Thank you.
