Sir, i have booked a plot from this organisation.but i found that is not suitable for me. i wrote a letter for refund and the same reached on 23 jun 14. till now i have not received the refund. as per them they will take 90-120 days so long time to refund. presently today is more than 130 days passed.there answer is they will clear the amount after 22 nov 14. sir i want to that for what reason they are doing delay in refund. they are not able to answer. sir, this organisation was established to help soldiers. but they are cheating us. i think they are also not paying any tax to govt. my details are as follows booking amount -51000 receipt no – swoil14/847, dated -31/05/14 donation amount – 2500 receipt-swc/21052014/0005 reg no- cb/ranchi/052/b-001 scheme no – 052 project name -ranchi so many verbal communication made to the organisation. but there is no satisfactory answer till now.

i want to get money back with interest as applicable at fixed deposit rates as soon as possible. and also this company and individual name as mentioned above is proceed with legal action for delaying in refund if found did intentionally.
