This is to bring your kind attenction that company Electrotherm don’t have proper distribution channel and customer care department to resolve issue related to the product they sold.
in my case the issue is that i purchased a yobike a product of comany from its dealer called Amit yo bykes plot no.29, Block –A poket -1, Sec-15 Rohini, Delhi-1100089.
This Yospeed bike was purchased on 1st Jan 2009 and at the time of purchase its ensured that RC handover to you within 30 days. and after 6 months documents are still not delivered/ prepaired and vendor having no clue when they will finally handover to me. due to the reason there lawer having some issue with his payment. they already taken 3500 for insurance and Registration charges but they are unable to pay to there lawer the same. mean cheated client. now after giveing 100 calles in office and escalating issue by email to headoffice, they given a business head no for delhi but he is also unable to take any action or provide any solution.
they have some internal offical issue with the dealer and his legal consultant due to that client is suffering.
This seems to be fully financially wastage of money.There is no single person from the company site ready to take proper responsibility of this work to be finished and handover my RC and vehicle number.
