I raised a request to disconnect the Internet connection with immediate effect on Aug. 04, 2014. For this I sent a mail to broadband@relianceada.com, I also got a response from Sirajuddin Ansari, Officer – Customer Care, Reliance Communications Limited. Informing that the request is registered with them with Request ID 223450203. They also informed me that the request will be resolved in 9 working days. But even after so many days they have not disconnected the internet connection and are still sending me every month Bills. where as i have already paid all the bills up to request for internet disconnection.
Disconnect the Internet Connection. And I have already paid the bills up to the date of request of internet disconnection.
