I boobed a consignment (on 10th Oct) containing printed books from RCPL, Sahibabad (UP) (Booking number 0682883) with a committed delivery on 12th Oct 2013 for Banglore. I paid express delivery charges i.e Rs.1800.00 only for 40 Kg BUT still we are waiting for its delivery. I contacted with them many times but they all are making excuses. Now my question is why they charged us extra charges if they are unable to give us express service? I sent printed books to Banglore for a books exhibition to be held on Sunday (13th Oct).
