I Sushant Setia, have been credited with only Rs 155 against Rs 338 which i was to be paid by IRCTC, according to the rule “100% of the ticket cost will be refunded if the train is more than 3 hours late and the passenger did not travel” I had filed TDR on 28th december 2013 (PNR no 2827206709) as the train was more than 5 hours late (train no. 14712)

I request you to re-consider the case and refund the remaining 55% of the amount i.e. Rs 183 as soon as possible. Expecting urgent consideration in this regard as you are a Government organization and cannot cheat us.
