I request you to kindly activate my postpaid mobile number-9415321336(Gorakhpur-u.p.). I have deposited my bill amount rs. 513/- for the month of july 2009 on 26-08-09 but the said number not activated tll today(27-08-09)

I had not recieved the billing message and due to it I am facing great trouble because I am not in my home town from the last two months.
Please do the needful at your earliest.
