Hello Sir,

I had booked 2 plots (1500 SQ FT each) in the Sarojini Park plotting scheme flaoted by Budhadeb Real Estate in 2002 under the installment scheme.

The cost of the plots altogether was INR 50,000 and registration charges were INR 5,000. I paid the entire sum by 2005 but since then there has not been any positive response from the Proprietor of the company (Mr. Kalyan Baarik).

Till 2007 Mr Kalyan was saying that he will do the registration of the land but offlate he started saying that he is out of this business and he is not having any land. He will refund the money.

Since 2008 January I have been running after him but he does not seem to be in a mood to return my hard earned money.

Could you please help here? I will provide all the prrofs of the transaction if required.
