Received damaged product due to bad and insufficient packing

I bought two Khaitan water coolers from the vendor in Jaipur and the vendor accepted to pack them for transportation by rail to be sent to Vijayawada. He failed to do so consequently the products arrived damaged. The details are mentioned in my letter to the vendor attached below along with the pictures and sale receipt. I sent a detailed SMS but there was no response from the vendor. I have now sent a letter via registered post also. I have asked my credit card company to stop payment till the dispute is settled. Thank you.
