I am using an airtel corporate connection and already registered with DNC 7 months back. I am still getting marketing calls and SMS from companies, especially from the notorious Avaya insurance company. It seems Avaya’s strategy is to disturb and irritate people to the maximum.

I had filed 3 complaints with Airtel on this but I have not seen any result even after this. Every time I call, Airtel customer care representatives used to say ‘we will inform the relevant companies or this number is from another provider and we will inform them etc..’. I don’t trust the service providerss and I dont know what to do next. Pls help.
