There is dnd services activated on my mobile. inspite of that i was called be one lady executive from airtel on 04.10.2014 saying that she has seen my last six month bills and each time i am paying more than rs. 1000. she told me that she will change my plan from 799 to 899 so that my monthly bill will not be more than 1000 . she also told me that in future if i am not satisfied with the plan then i can roll back to the previous plan. After seeing this month bill (which came to 1366) I came to know that the Plan which was pasted to me is as per airtel and not according to me. When I informed the same to airtel, they told me that its not possible to roll back to the previous plan. When I mailed my queries, they simply waived of Rs 500. to my Bill. What ever queries I have raised they are not replying to that. Q) When DND service is activated on my mobile then why marketing call from airtel was given to me? Q) The lady executive had told me that I can roll back to previus plan But now airtel is deniying the same. Q) When I asked about audio recording of that lady executive with me, airtel has stopped repelling to my mails. Q)If they don’t have the recording then, on what basis they have changed my plan?
Airtel Should stop talking to customers on which DND service is activated unless customer requests for any service. In the name of service call they are marketing and looting the customers. They don’t listen to the customer and provide such plans which are useful for airtel and not to the customer. For the offence airtel has committed they should be fined in Crores of rupees, so that in near future they should not repeat it again. Also my Plan be rolled Back to the Previous Plan.
