As on 28/11/2011 i did a recharge of Rs500/- ( Transc ID – 1050497321 ) from bangalore, of which i recieved a talktime of Re 1. After calling customer care they said you have got some benefits from it which are not useful for me as I wil be on roaming in Bangalore. Requesting you to either provide credit of the amount on my account as soon as possible.
