Reciving Marketing calls for the Third time

I Recived a call from HDFC bank Saying that do i need any personal loan and hdfc is offering me one . This is 3rd call of Marketing I’m Reciving after being registered in NDN for more then 8 months . First one was my Service Provider which is Airtel Gujarat , who Gave me an Apology letter and said this was the Resolution by TRAI and NDNC . This time too Airtel Said that They would make Sure that i dont Recive such calls again . I dont understand The meaning of Being Registered under DND service if The Coulprits are not Penalised for Bridging the Rules framed by TRAI and NDNC . Cause if a Customer would Make a Late Payment it Charges them for doing so . so why not it be For the Service provider and the Culprits too .

If there is any one whos Reading this please let me know your Views on it and if My Views are Right as Being a Customer .
