Dear Sir,

My telephone no is 25539729 in the name of Siba Prasad Nandi (father) at Tarapukur (Pirtala) Agagpara , Kolkata-700 109. and I am also carrying manik jode mobile no (9432577286) in the name of the father. Unfortunately of my father expired on 20.02.2009.

On March 2009 I go the Panihati Telephone Exchange to change the name of both (landline / mobile) of my own name. They give me a form.

On 28.04.2009 I go the Panihati Telephone Exchange to deposited all documents and the person thoroughly checked and give me a receipt.

Sir, when I received the telephone bill & mobile bill for the month of July 2009 then I saw the telephone bill (25539729) to change of my name but sir, mobile bill (9432577286) is not unchanged, it is issued of my father Late Siba Prasad Nandi. But sir, when I purchase of Manik Jod Sim of my name the person told the sim is to be issued only landline customer i.e., of my father late Siba Prasad Nandi. Ultimately this time landline and manik jod in the name of late Siba Prasad Nandi.

Sir, please change the mobile bill (9432577286) in the name of me instead of my father as soon as possible.

Also I send scan copy of Receipt which I deposited into Panihati Telephone Exchange on 28.04.2009.

Please solve the problem and change of the name of mobile bill , I am awaiting for your response , I am great full to you.
