i have made a ticket booking on 3rd January from calicut to bangalore viz ticket noTG2467542382.The trip was cancelled by operator and i have been following up for payments since then.A lot of mails and calls has been made to redbus.till date didnt get any updates.
i have been informed of the cancellation at the last minute and i couldn’t find any options to get back to the destination.At 10: 30 pm it took me a hefty sum to get back to my apartment by auto. also i couldn’t make the travel and had to postpone personal affairs.

i need my refund and the additional amount of Rs 250 that i have paid to the auto.
