This is to complain about the fraud scheme run by you for collecting Star on purchase of Rs. X and then redeeming it for a gift.

I did a shopping of over Rs. 4000 from your Mehendale Garage Road store, Pune in the month of June ’09. I there in submitted the 8 star, photocopy of my membership card and credit card statement on 10th jul ’09 to a person named Rashmikant who also gave me Acknowledgement of Redemption Form. He informed me that this will go to Delhi office and when the gift arrives we will call you and you can collect the gift. I have been waiting for the gift ever since.

When called up the store it was told to me that the gifts are getting misplaced and employees themselves are taking home the gifts saying the customer has not turned up to collect the same. So is this scheme to gift your employees on our hard earned money. The staff is very arrogant and not at all helpful. I am carrying the Acknowledgement of Redemption Form which is of no use, as my gift would be nicely sitting in some your fraudulent employees home. On asking for contact of higher authority or customer complaint cell I get a very arrogant answer to write in to this forum.

Hope you will be able to resolve this issue and properly streamline the execution of the schemes that you come up with.
