Purchased a Jaipuri razai on 21-11-2013 by making online payment on the rediff shopping website. the item was delivered on 27-11-2013 in a damaged condition. I returned the item as guided by rediff customer care team . they asked me to send the INVOICE copy of the courier as they assured me to refund the courier charge that i had to pay for the return. The item was delivered at the seller’s doorstep on 2-12-2013. Since then I am following up with the rediff customer care through mails & ph calls but to my utter disappointment till date they has taken no step to replace or refund the amount I paid. Its annoying to keep calling them and follow up. They asked for a invoice in previous mail & today they are asking for a proof of delivery (POD)of the returned item. After repeated mails & ph calls , they have failed to respond with a concrete solution & most of the time not even responding to the mails & the calls. It is a case of total harassment to me. Request your form to please look into the matter. Thank You.
I want the total refund of the item cost and the courier charges . I don’t want any replacement of the item.
