Rediff Online Shopping – have not yet received the product.

We had ordered a phone from rediffmail shopping. On contacting the customer care team they confirmed that the order had been dispatched on 3rd October n I have received the email also regarding the same. On contacting the customer care team on 10th October 2013 again they said the order has not been dispatched n disconnected the call

I want them to either cancel my order n refund my money or I want my product maximum by 12th October 2013
