My order no 8380392 thru rediff.com was delivered two days back at 3pm. It was Amazing Shoe Rack. But the plastic is of so bad quality that its joints have bended and cracked at several places. Even the stand is defective. rediff.com tells that i should take product to seller personally to whatever city he lives and settle the matter. is this a joke?

rs 600 was charged to something called shoe rack holding 30 pairs. but it bends with just two pairs… and breaks with two pairs

i want refund bcoz replacement is just not trustwothry from them
