I have ordered an Kids Laptop online from Rediff Shopping and Payment made from Credit Card. But the item has been delivered to someone else in a different location (this is clear from the status of the Airway bill no.). I have multiple times emailed them and called up the customer care but no action has been taken.

Neither the item has been received nor received the amount back. Even though amount is Rs500 but i believe such type of cheating they must be doing with others as well.
