On 24th April 2015 I had placed an order for Red & White Roses with Chocolate for My Elder Brothers Wedding Anniversary. As no option was available on the Order Site to mention the dates I called the vendor after the mail of order approval was mailed to me along with the Vendor contact number. I informed the vendor (Over Phone) on 24th April 2015 itself that the said order has to be delivered on 27th April 2015. I also reconfirmed about the the understanding of the vendor about the delivery Date. But on 25th April 2015 I got a call of some delivery boy who wanted to deliver my order No – 11497432 on 25th April 2015 itself. I informed him that the same cannot be delivered on 25th April 2015 and requested him to deliver the same on 27th April 2015. I again called the vendor and also mailed to vendor also rediff for the same and they assured me that it will be delivered. But it was never delivered. I had requested Rediff to please deliver the product or cancel my order and refund me the amount. But till date they have not refunded the same and today i.e. 20th May 2015 I received the mail from Rediff staing the refund is not possible stating it was a perishabale commodity, But could I accept the product 2 days prior to the anniversary. I am totally annoyed and frustrated with the two face attitute of the Rediff.

I want a complete refund with interest.
