sir, i have ordered(order no.-9817353) a book of strength of material by R K rajput on 7th june by using the service of rediff online shopping. They had promised me delivery of book in 3 to 5 working days But they have not even dispatch my product till 23rd june. I have called them several time and also send query mail but they did not give me any informative information for dispatching of my product. Every time they make promise to me for delivery in next two working days but they didn’t. Now i am feeling that they are cheating me.

i want they should deliver book immediately and also return back my money because they have damaged me financially.
