I ordered Heat Convector and Blower (order number : 8902738) at 20/12/2013 and they said to deliver it in 4-5 working days. I did not get my item till the time I am writing this complain(7/01/2014). They did not provide any tracking Id. When I called their customer care 6-7 times but did not get any proper response. I have many bad experience with rediff shopping. I wanted to cancel my order but they are saying “you cannot cancel the order once its approved”. There should be a big penalty for these guys, so that next time they should not do this with anyone. I want to charge them high penalty so that they dont do this with anyone in future.
