Rediff Online Shopping Order No.: 8788220 (birthday gift) Order Date: 25-nov-2013 Expected Delivery: 26-Nov-2013 (Express Delivery) To Be Delivered to: Kolkata On 29-Nov-2013, got SMS & email update saying gift delivered on 28-Nov-2013. Status updated on rediff shopping website also stating order status of order no. 8788220 delivered by Alliance Net Trading Pvt Ltd. Found from recipient no gift was delivered on 28th or anytime after. Continuously following up with customer care on phone and email regarding product delivery. Approx. 3 weeks got answer saying they are finding details, then got another email saying product delivered. I have been asking for delivery receipt – but no further response has been obtained. I want full refund and a penalty to be levied to Rediff shopping / vendor for committing a fraud, causing so much frustration to the customer and not even responding to customer complaints. It has been a duration of almost 1.5 months now.
