Rediff Online Shopping – product not received not got any response

Purchased PrestigePGSFB Sandwich Maker via order no 9628085 dated 07-May-2014, Received same on 09-may-2014 but not found the product as per my requirementso dropped an email at shopsupport@rediff..co.in to return the product and get refund as per return policy of the site on 10-May-2014.. after that I did not got any response from there side so I called up at the call centre number on 12-may-2014 & recvd response that I will get revert within 24 hrs but did not got any response, I called up again and again but every time I got response that I have to wait.. I even dropped email reminders dated 13-may-2014,14-may-2014 and 15-may-2014 again and I got assurance that I will get the revert regarding address at which I have to send back product till 15-may-evening but no response so I called the call centre again on 16-may and got response that i have to wait till 48 hours of the same.

I want that I should get my money back at earliest and return the product asap..If the rediff shopping site does not want to refund then why they have created refund policy and displayed it on their site.
