This is with reference to the purchased room heater- USHA OFR 3211F FAN BASED 11 fins oil radiator room heater warmer, from Rediff Shopping and our order number is 8901552. The customer care is not giving us the correct consignment number and neither we are able to track the correct status of our order. My Rs.8718.00/- is struck and there is no satisfactory answers from Rediffs end. I have placed my order on 20/12/2013. I tried to track my order using the waybill number provided by you through Blue Dart website. But it says No matching Waybill/Reference Number/Order Number for airway bill no. : 69029339816. Even after repeated follow-up with Rediff Customer support they are giving same wrong airway bill no. : 69029339816 , which has no information about the consignment to be delivered to us.

If they are not able to deliver my purchased USHA OFR 3211F FAN BASED 11 fins oil radiator room heater warmer. I want my money to be returned back.
