Dear Sir, I ordered the item “Wallet style 12000mah USB Power Bank Charger With Flashlight” from online shopping portal Rediff.com. by paying the amount online @1250/- on 17/05/14. I was assured by the Rediff.com that my order has been approved and the dispatch details will be mailed to me once the product is shipped. I was also intimated to expect delivery within 5 – 7 working days. After waiting for 5-7 days when the product was not delivered to me and after speaking to the Rediff.com on their tool free number and sending emails to them has not produce any positive results. I have also spoken to the vendor but he also has not been of any help.

Since I have paid the money in advance and the company has failed to delivered the product in the time promised, my full amount paid be refunded to me with compensation for the inconvenience and harassment caused to me.
