Hello Sir, I ordered “Large Screen Premium Dual Sim Camera Mobile Phone FM” on Rediff Shopping 9th October 2013. I already paid for the Mobile phone via Debit Card. but today when received the product through Courier, I open the bag and I saw they send me another product. G’NINE Mobile , which price is 600 only, but I ordered for Rs.979/-. I think Rediff Shopping cheating with customer. Order No-8617956. I want my money back.

I want my money back including Courier Charges.
