Dear Sir, I had ordered pair of Oven Gloves from Rediff Shopping Website. The product delivered is completely different from one depicted in the website 2. The product is second hand. Its looks very old, dirty and dusty. I tried contacting Rediff Shopping customer care but no one is answering the call. This is a complete fraud and they are showcasing product in a different way and delivering old faulty and used products to customers Request your immediate intervention in this regard and help me out in product return and refund.
