i had ordered the product on 28 june. it was supposed to be delivered in 5 days but that didn’t happened. after waiting for almost 10-12 days i got in touch with the customer care who told me that delivery failed as i was not at home which was a lie. since then they were telling me that the order will be delivered TODAY and that today was pending till now. i have sent almost 5-6 mails which were not acknowledged and have called at leade 100-200 times to the customer care in which half of the time they put my call on hold without any action.all those calls were chargeable. i have spent more money on them.this was mental harassment for me. also after receiving the product it was defected and i cant take a chance to go through the same process again because of all the mantle torture and the rude behaviour. the company is not ready to repair it. i dnt want the company to replace anything i only want them to compensate all the time and money i have wasted on them. i had to miss my office for 5 days just because they have been telling me that the order vl b delivered today.
i want them to apologise and compensate for my wasted time and money
