Rediff Shopping Delivered Defective Product

Mobile phone leather flip cover purchased from Rediff.com – seller Souk India, Mumbai. Product was damaged and defective on delivery. When a complaint was registered on Rediff.com the rediff team has purposely delayed reply and refuse to refund. Falsely stating that the complaint was raised later than 48 hours. A complaint was raised within 48 hours but Rediff.com has failed to reply on time. Damaged and defective product sold to customer. Loss of Rs.439 Rs 50 worth of telephone charges in trying to reach seller and website for complaints. Dissatisfaction and mental stress for customer. Damaged product to be collected back by seller and full refund of cost to be reimbursed. Compensate customer for telephone charges and distress caused due to this. 48 hour return policy to be extended.
