I am Rakesh and had ordered a Smasung Grand battery for my mobile phone from “rediff shopping” and it was delivered one on 28 Feb 14. The piece is defective and since I have raised complaints twice but no resolution of complaint till date is forthecoming. Hence I had to file a complaint with you. I had purchased a Samsung grand which was delivered on 28 Feb. Transaction number is 20222808 for which I have a valid receipt. The battery is not working to its fullest potential and from 36% charging falls to 0% in less than 5 minutes. All in All this battery is worst than my one year old battery. Hence I had raised a complaint with the rediff shopping at customersupport@rediff.co.in [customersupport@rediff.co.in] on 5 March who had given me a reference number of “Rediff=013-913-582” and assured resolving of the issue in 2 working days nothing happened till date. Further I had raised a telephonic complaint with Rediff on 1800 266 2333 on 8 March 2014, complaint number is 104435305030 where I was assured that in one working day the issue will be resolved but nothing has happened. I sent a reminder to rediff shopping on 11 March still no resolution in sight. I am totally at loss as to why I have purchased online. Kindly help me.
Either the vendor replace with a genuine battery or may refund my Rs.1074.00
