I ordered a apple ipad mini cover from rediff shopping. The cover was of inaccurate size and didn’t fit my ipad. I registered this complaint with them to which i have received no response. The site offers refund/exchange but i haven’t received any of the latter. Now they are telling me to courier the cover back to their address which was no where mentioned on their site.

Its been almost 20 days since i have been calling them. It is costing me a lot of time. Furthermore, the cover costed me Rs. 500 which is not a small amount.

I want my money back and a compensation for all the trouble and time they have caused.
