i have purchased this product on 07.11.2013 called “Acme Fitness Ab-roller W4123A” fr Rs. 1,200 /-+ shipping charges fr Rs. 179/- = 1,379/- through on-line rediff shopping. when i had received this product after sometime i opened it then i found this product totally incomplete further while dispatching this product company had not checked it completely & sent to me. Dear sir/madam, company sent me this product without attachment including screws which set this product completely. After seeing this product i did immediately inform to on-line rediff shopping team as well as acme fitness team but no satisfactory response give me by them. they have constantly been telling that plz return this product by courier but sir i am enabled to sent this product by courier paying hefty amount. first i have purchased this product then returned this faulty product by courier. i have constantly been emailed to on-line rediff shopping and acme fitness team but they are not taking serious about this product but i have paid the money and purchased it. plz do the needful in this matter. this is my first complaint which i have lodged against it .after this company Which i’ve paid. But Sir/Madam, i am regretted inform u that u have sent me incomplete of said product after receiving this product, when i open this product which is incomplete i mean to say that only sticks-cum-pipes wre available in the beg but its screws we not available which going to be given the complete shape to this product. I m very disappointed to see this product plz do the needful &help in this matter & please save my money which i have spent on this product.
