booked online a wrist watch vide order number: 9406563 on 27 march-2014 expected date of receiving the order was 7-8 apr but i have not received till date and in courier track it is showing delivered. complained lodge vide no[ticket#105153350706] but nobody is responding.
the purpose of ordering the item was to gift on bday but could not be given this is not a matter of money it is a matter of reliability .
