I have purchased a folding laptop with cooling fan with order no 9271826 from rediff shopping on 4th march 2014.My order and payment was approved on same day.according to rediff shopping policy i should get my product in 7 working days.Till now i have not received the product.ON 11th march i made a more than 12mins long waiting call to rediff on toll free no 18002662333,the executive noted my my complaint(102613935012) and assured me to deliver my package within 24-48 hrs.I waited till 12th march and made call again to same customer care no.This time my call lasted for more than 20 mins,Now they say my order is cancelled because of non availability of product.IN last 7days rediff shopping never contacted me to inform about delays unavailability of product or delays in delivering.

I want my product to be delivered to me ASAP OR action to be taken against rediff shopping in accordance with consumer laws of our country.
