ordered two raincoats and bag coats from rediff shopping. receved bad quality products. Could not reach the CS on phone. Complained online and the team responded after a week and asked me to mail back the products. Inspite of mailing them back, I have no response. NO response to the calls too. The transaction ids are 19160343 -disa enterprises and 19160342 for dreams international. I have couriered by blue dart and the tracking ids are 13867192824 and 13867192813. The rediff order no. order no 8259479

i want action to be taken against Rediff.com. Please look at the reviews online. SO many are deceived by such online portals. I want my money back, more importantly need to take action against the vendor.
