I have ordered a Oral B Cross Action Power Toothbrush Heads with Order Number 9404191. Though the product is the Brush head, it is mentioned as “Oral-B Cross Action Power Toothbrush”. The product they sent me is totally different from what is described in the web page. I received the product on 30-0314 and I had called the customer care and written a mail in this regard on the same day itself. After my numerous attempts to get my complaint resolved, I recieved a mail on 10-04-14 from Rediff stating that I should courier the wrong product to the seller. They will sent the refund/correct product to me. I sent the product on 15-04-14 via DTDC courier with AWB number Z21857371 and the courier was delivered to the seller on 17-04-14. Till now I didn’t receive any communication from Rediff regarding the refund. Whenever I call their customer care executives, they cut my call and don’t respond properly.

I want my financial loss to be refunded As soon as possible.
