Dear Concern, I had purchased a phone from rediff shopping through online shopping in November 2012, but the phone stopped working in March 2013 against which i had filed a complaint to rediff shopping on 17th March, Since my phone is still in warranty period I want my phone to be repaired or replaced, but no one is helping me out, samsung customer care says that the BILL PROVIDED BY COMPANY IS FAKE. pls help

Sir I had paid an amount of 20873 Rs. That is equal to my monthly salary, as a consumer i want my rights to be taken care of since i have not used the commodity.

i want my phone to be replaced or repaired or i want my money back.
