I have placed a kitchen tool namely Nicer dicer for Rs.1029/- COD My order No. 10283533. I received the parcel on 22.08.14 night about 8.00 p.m the next day 23.08.14 when opened the parcel the nicer dicer vegetable container two big cracks on either side and the green cover has broken.

I lost 1500Rs (INR) purchasing this product. Its performance is very poor and time consuming.Not as good as shown in tv telemarketing. The blades are not sharp enough and it does not slice vegetables properly
