Sir, I purchased a mobile Huwaei C 8600 for Rs 4444/- form Rediff Shopping on April vied transaction no: 20482920 order no:9460865. Unfortunately they supplied a defective item. When I complained, they accepted it vied their mail dated 13.05.2014, Ticket no: 107011825003 and asked to return the same. I returned it through DTDC couriers vied receipt no:K71404472 dated: 24.05.14 which they acknowledged vied their mail.But since then they have not send any phone as replacement nor replying my calls or mails now. Please help.

Either replace my mobile or return my money. Its like I paid for mobile through online shopping but mobile not received.
