Sir/m my self deepak kumar. i had brought a pair of apple earphones with mic and remote with 80% discount from rediff shopping on line site . they display product with header genus apple apple earphones with mic and remote.but on 23 Sept. they sent me unbranded chines product with damage and defective condition . i had complaint with product pics to rediff within 5 min after delivery of product . but they take don’t take any action till date . so sir please help me they people waste my time and money thank u warm regards
