I ordered a perfume from rediff shopping online. I was delivered a wrong perfume which is much low in cost than what i paid for. When raised a complain with rediff, i was told to return the product to the seller and then wait fr the refund pr replacement. There are lot of conditions given as to how to send the product to the seller. I have no relation with the seller, i bought the product through rediff shopping its their responsibility to replace the product or refund the money or pick up the wrong item.
I have no time to run here and there to courier the wrong product , pay the courier charge . Its a great hassel to me. All the other online shopping portal do pick up the wrong product if the same is damanged ot wrongly sent, why do this company harrase the customers. I want my money back and the wrong product to be picked up from the designated address.
