With due respect sir I Dr.Sanjeev Mittal,M.O.I/C. C.H.C.(Govt.Hospital) Gadra Road,Barmer Purchaged a Samsung Refrigerator Model No.RT 23M Double Door On 16/11/08 From MOTI RADIO CENTRE Barmer (Rajasthan) For Govt. Purpose Under I.C.T.C.Head.

The Cost Of Refrigerator Was 13,500/-(thirteen thousand five hundread Rs)

When we start (on) the Refrigerator at Govt.Hospital we notice that there was absoultly no cooling in both compartment of Refrigerator on the very first day

then I Informed (complaint) to Dealer MOTI RADIO CENTER (BARMER) by telephonically that our Refrigerator is not working properly.(absoultly no cooling is there) so please replace the Refrigerator

after this, approx one month later, registration of complain some technician of samsung Refrigerator from jodhpur has visited here & the compressor was changed by.this technician

after changing of compressor approx 2-3 Month The Refrigerator was working properly.
& cooling was proper

after that Refrigerator again fails to give cooling absoultly

Then again I Registered a complain at Moti Radio Center Barmer& Samsung office Dehli also (wide letter no.263-64/17/05/09) but still (till date 29/05/09) I am waiting For replacement of Refrigerator From Dealer (Moti Radio Center Barmer) as well as samsung company

So I am requesting to you that kindly make an arrangement for replacement of our not working Refrigerator (samsung Double Door M.No. RT 23M) by a working Refrigerator of same category from Moti Radio Center Barmer as early as possible so that Govt.hospital works not suffer
