Refusal to Refund INR 75000 Booking amt-Despite request for the last 03 yrs

The Undersigned had booked a 500 Sq Yards plot at lake city with the Shyam Apparels jaipur (lake City).The undersigned had been requesting refund to the Co for the last 03 years but there is no responce from them.

The hard earned money from a guy whose meagre salary is 20000 … Pm has been running from pillar to post to get the hard earned money. The Co refuses to reply to any phone calls & says it does not have the funds to pay.
