i wanted to remove the hair from my inside of the nose area.
health sanctuary after examining told that it is possible by laser.
also they offered a complete package for removing of the hair from other parts of the body for rs. 55000.
out of this i paid rs. 30,000.
from internet i came to know laser is not effective on white hair as it needs black malanine to transmit itself to the root of the hair and white hair do not have it.
also laser is not recommonded on inner layer of the nose
i confirmed this from other hair removal clinics.
so next day i told health sactuary that i want not to have this treatment done and asked for the refund of rs. 30000.
they told all account is handled by their delhi branch.
i approached delhi branch but found sh. dev sharma the account manager is on leave
since then till today matter is pending.
