REFUND OF BOOKING AMOUNT FOR FAILED TRANSACTION

Sir, I was booking for a new D2H connection online on 30 Apr 2014, An amount of Rs. 1720/- was deducted from my account but I did not get any confirmation message from the site. 15 days passed but amount was not refunded to my account. I sent two Email to videocon D2h on 08 May 14 and 15 May 14 but of no use. The payment details are as follows: 30-Apr-2014 (30-Apr-2014) TO TRANSFER INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd CCABD1WB B916IGT7902861 TRANSFER TO 30993845637 AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE 1,720.00 sbi Reference id – igt7902861 @10:54:31 on 30/4/2014.

I was newly transferred to this place and booked for connection online @ 10:54 PM in night and requested the person to fit early in the morning. But they did not respond and when asked by me over phone, they told payment was not received by them. when I further enquired after two days they told u can send a mail to refunds@d2honline.com. This process caused mental agony and harassment to me and my family who has been deprived of their entertainment for another 10 days because no money was available with me for further connection. After all when asked for refund of amount they did not take any suitable action.

I want that they should pay at least Rs. 25000/- for embarrassment caused to me and my family.
