Dear Sir, Sub: Refund of Deposit with BSNL Ref: Account No. 508108946 WLL Number 8020170696 The above referred WLL no. 8020170696 data card EVDO instrument with the CD was deposited back to BSNL, sub Divisional Engineer, CSC, RTN, Ground Floor, R T Telephone Exchange, 3rd Main, 2nd Block, RT Nagar, Bangalore – 560 032, along with the cancellation request letter on 04/03/2103, after paying the due amount of Rs. 1686/-. We were informed that the deposit amount of Rs. 1000/- will be refunded within 60 days of the receipt of cancellation. exactly after 30 days we receive a invoice for Rs. 82/-. When we approached them to pay the amount, we were informed that the connection is already disconnected and Rs. 82/- will be adjusted in the deposit of Rs. 1000/- and balance would be refunded. However even after 7 months, the refund is not processed. when we enquired the office where we submitted the data card, we were asked to contact with the Race Course office for the refund proceeds. We did contact the race course office for the refund proceeds, but they informed us that the file from RT Nagar office is still not received, so the refund is pending. Both the offices are just making us run from one pillar to another and do no want to take the responsibility of the refund. Kindly help us with the resolution.
